Our Company was originally incorporated on February 27th, 1989, as “Supraneet Finance and Consultants Private Limited” under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi and Haryana. Later on the name of company was changed from private limited to public limited i.e. Supraneet Finance and Consultants Limited on February 28th, 1996.
Presently, the registered office of the Company is situated at C-55/2, WAZIRPUR INDUSTRIAL AREA, DELHI – 110052
At present the company is listed at Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Limited and Delhi Stock Exchange Limited.
The main object of the company is undertaking the business of Finance, Trading, Higher Purchase & Consultancy etc.
